Our story

How Contendi Fund came to be

Contendi Fund was born through the desire to make disputes accessible to anyone, from any background, who had a case with merit.

For claims, by sharing in the success of the case, rather than charging interest on funding, we are totally aligned with the original litigation party. This drove our founders to assemble a strong team of experts with prominent experience who are capable of managing complex litigation projects, balancing risks and rewards, optimising resources and turning around solid results for all parties involved.
